The location is strategic, near harbourbay jetty 1.5km The green mosque, sederhana restaurant for nasi padang and other shop such is indomaret, alfomaret and other souvenirs shop are just walking distance. It is just the road always busy with morning market. The toilet cleanliness is quite poor. Bedsheet is old.

本來沒抱多大希望，後來發現還不錯，房間大而且乾淨，然後，感覺還蠻物超所值，附近有吃飯的地方，便利店也很近，除了一開始有蚊子，沒辦法我去便利店買了殺蟲劑，除了蚊子以外一切挺好的

The building is okay. But the cleanliness of the toilet was not clean. Old bedsheet. The location is strategic, near to harbour bay jetty, batam shopping centre. We can shop for our souvenirs by walking distance.
